The successful candidate will lead the change management efforts within a Cyber Security Program Uplift.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring the successful adoption of key program initiatives within the Cyber Security Program UpliftUnderstanding change theory and change fundamentals, and bringing people on the journeyBeing super detailed and organized to ensure nothing gets missedHitting all key change milestonesBuilding relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving the adoption of new behaviorsDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive change and communications strategy to support project outcomesLeading stakeholder engagement, change planning, and readiness activities aligned with the client's change management frameworkDelivering clear, impactful communication and training to enable seamless transitionsAssessing and managing business readiness throughout the project lifecycleThe Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new behaviorsFamiliarity with cyber security change projects (a plus)Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and initiatives and complex stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving skills to address change resistance and risksHigh degree of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptabilityGood understanding of design-led change managementPassion, diligence, hard work, and exceptional communication skillsWhat is on OfferThis opportunity offers the chance to work in a prestigious consulting house with amazing end clients.
