Experienced Valuer for Quality & Risk Manager: 2-3 days per week to full-time Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 inc KiwiSaver / Super - FTE (Full Time Equivalent) depending on experience Valuer fees Location: NZ or Australia Your new opportunity: The Quality & Risk Manager will form part of the Professional Quality & Risk team which is responsible for: promotion of professional excellence through developing education/CPD; compliance with professional standards; and valuation risk management at Opteon by ensuring we have appropriate risk, quality controls and compliance strategies, industry best valuers, producing quality products and delivering great customer service. The Quality & Risk Manager will: Quality and risk review property valuation reports flagged for "Compliance"; Provide guidance on technical valuation matters for Opteon's valuation team; Join a highly skilled and productive team of expert valuers; Subject to the successful applicant's agreement conduct valuations; What sets you apart from the rest: Opteon are seeking a motivated professional with a broad range of real estate valuations skills and a keen interest in professional standards, valuation quality and valuation risk.
