Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with extended administrative support contacts and personal and business contacts to ensure seamless coordination across various schedules and moving parts.
* Provide scheduling and calendar management by personal booking appointments, travel logistics, dining reservations, and household-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Execute personal errands throughout the DMV area with a humble, customer service mindset.
* Coordinate events and special occasions, arranging important details such as catering, décor, and invitations.
* Oversee household management and household supply ordering, working with external vendors and managing an organized tracking system.

What We’re Looking For:
