About the role:
Develop, implement and grow the Pop Up income stream and value of a shopping centre based in the Sunshine Coast.
Duties:
* Manage and maintain a new business pipeline, introducing innovative Pop Up clients and concepts
* Build relationships with existing Pop Up clients
* Negotiate and finalise activations across sites and vacancies, leveraging local and national contacts
* Generate local leads for Brand and Media Partnerships and coordinate media activations
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting
* Manage debt collection, license agreements, inventory, and rates
* Set site rates based on market conditions and industry trends
* Develop and execute a Pop Up sales plan with clear objectives and KPIs
* Ensure clients meet high presentation standards and align with the retail mix
* Comply with retail and trade legislation, EH&S, and centre guidelines
* Address retailer queries and complaints
Skills & experience:
* Previous sales experience essential, Pop Up/Casual Mall Leasing experience preferred
* Negotiation, market analysis, lead generation and relationship development skills
* Ability to devise short and medium term strategies/tactics to achieve sales targets
* Ability to prepare and manage budgets, together with related management reporting
* High level of attention to detail is critical
* Self-reliant and hands-on approach, ability to eliminate roadblocks and can utilise resources to get things done
