Here, you will make an impact by:Leading software testing design, programming, testing, debugging, and documentation as needed through multi-functional teams to build required software testing solutions.Implementing and promoting design and testing best practices, procedures and standards.Being an active member of an Agile team by participating in all phases of SDLC, including design, software testing, and deployments.Developing solutions, software, and components based on internal/external customer and business requirementsCreating and automating tests, measuring and improving software performance, and taking pride in the quality of component deliverables.Helping resolve escalated internal customer support issuesDetermining and recommending tools to prepare us for future technologiesDevelop your skillset through training and development opportunities and continue to grow with Solventum Health Information Systems.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Three (3) years of experience testing enterprise solutions, executing test plans, creating test suites, and working directly with software development to create testing requirements.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Minimum of Three (3) years of software testing of web-based applications in private, public, government or military environmentExperience with software testing best practices (BDD, test case management, test plan documentation, etc.)Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL ServerExperience using Git for managing source controlExperience with unit testing frameworksMaster’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institutionExperience in UI/UX design and best practicesExperience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud developmentExperience with Web Services development (REST/SOAP)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium)Experience with Java, C++, Python, C# or other Object-Oriented LanguagesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOther and Quality AssuranceIndustriesMedical Equipment Manufacturing
