What’s the role?A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join this global and well-known organisation in their Sydney Head Office.Make a difference as part of one of Australia's most influential organizations in this key role!The Executive Assistant will provide a high level one on one support to the Commercial Director, State & Communities and Managing Director, NSW, In an ever-changing industry.Your day to day: Extensive inbox and calendar management on behalf of the Managing Director.International and domestic travel including agendas, accommodation, and transfers.Coordinating leadership meetings including minutes, and agenda preparation.Expense management, process invoices and reconcile corporate credit card statements Provide support for broader needs including presentations and document creation.Assist with team communications and project manage/plan events, both internal and off-site when requiredWho are you?Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, with experience assisting senior-level executives in a fast-paced industry such as mediaExperience managing a very busy inbox/calendar with multiple conflicting meetings is key.This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.Experience working at C-suite levelDemonstrated ability to pre-empt the needs and manage conflicting and complex priorities.Exceptional written skills to be able to draft correspondence on behalf of your Executive.You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google suite.News BenefitsNews Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
