Join our passionate team and help create extraordinary mobile homes that ignite adventures and redefine the concept of freedom on the road.Skills & RequirementsThe successful applicant will have:Developed hand and power tool experience;Adhere to industry standards and best practices;Ensure compliance with safety regulations and systems including electrical and plumbing;Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail;Prior experience in campervan or recreational vehicle manufacturing (or similar trade), with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials;Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions;Punctuality and reliability;Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;Great time management skills;High standards of housekeeping throughout the workshop;A great "can-do" attitude and be prepared to learn and grow;Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment;Commitment to WH&S; and a Driver's licence and own transport.The following will be highly regarded:Production/assembly experience in a high quality environment;Prior knowledge of campervans and/or motorhomes;Experience or trade qualification with 12V, mechanics, CNC machine, welding, cabinetry, plumbing, shop fitting, boat building or any other relevant trades.Location / Operation hoursThe TRAKKA Showroom and manufacturing facility is based in Mt Kuring-gai. Only 10 minutes north of Hornsby and 35 minutes south of Gosford.Our hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:40pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 12:45pm on Fridays.We can also provide a Traineeship, Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
