Seeking a Program Scheduler – Drive High-Level Project Success!
Are you a detail-oriented scheduler with a knack for managing complex timelines and coordinating resources across large, multi-faceted programs?
We’re looking for a Master Scheduler to take charge of developing, refining, and managing scheduling frameworks that will drive success in a high-stakes, high-impact program. In this role, you’ll work closely with dynamic teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource utilization throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key duties:
• Create and oversee detailed schedules that encompass timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple work streams, ensuring smooth coordination of program activities and resources.
• Engage with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess resource capacity, and ensure alignment of project schedules with program goals and objectives.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation by proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, while maximising resource availability for key program tasks.
• Set up and continuously improve scheduling tools and frameworks, using platforms like Microsoft Azure DevOps and SharePoint Jira to monitor progress and adapt schedules as the program evolve.
• Maintain schedules in alignment with the overall program roadmap, making necessary adjustments to meet key deadlines and keep deliverables on track.
• Coordinate scheduling efforts at the project, program, and portfolio levels to ensure consistency and synchronisation across all streams, while managing communication with various stakeholders.

You will have demonstrated the following experience:
• Building and managing complex schedules from scratch.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps Jira) and methodologies.
• Working in agile environments, with an ability to adapt to changes in project direction and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple levels.
• Responsive to changes in project timelines or resource constraints, with a focus on finding solutions that maintain program progress.
• Managing the scheduling function within a large-scale program environment, understanding critical path methodology, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
