The role

As a Transport Review Manager, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and enhancing service delivery processes to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for our clients. This contract position, based in Caboolture, offers the opportunity to shape the future of our transport services by focusing on continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and commercial sustainability.
In this role, you will work collaboratively to build and strengthen partnerships that support our clients’ needs now and into the future. You will also play a crucial role in supporting both staff and clients as they navigate operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained service quality.
Key Duties
* Review and improve program processes and systems, including fleet management and brokerage partnerships, ensuring service efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Develop and nurture partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration to deliver long-term solutions for our clients' needs.
* Lead, provide guidance, and offer direct supervision and feedback to support workers, embedding best practices and safe, person-centred care delivery.
* Plan and facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions focused on managing change, reflective learning, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure timely scheduling, onboarding, and service reviews, focusing on improving systems and processes to enhance client outcomes.
* Support staff and clients through operational transitions, ensuring clear communication and guidance during times of change.
* Oversee service operations, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and tracking service outcomes, while continuously identifying opportunities for ongoing process evaluation and refinement.
Skills and Experience
* Leadership experience in a human services organisation
* Knowledge of funding standards, guidelines, and legislation
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Overseeing the planning and scheduling transport operations – organising routes, overseeing vehicle allocation, and managing loading plans.
* Managing drivers and other transport staff – recruitment, training, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations related to driving hours and rest times.
* Responsibility for vehicle maintenance – organising servicing schedules and repairs to ensure safety and compliance.
* Overseeing compliance with transportation laws and regulations – staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
* Ability to obtain an NDIS workers screening card and working with children check.
* Ability to obtain and pass a police check.
