What you’ll do
3. Own, and manage project(s) through all phases from project mobilisation, through detailed design and construction to operational delivery and ramp up to full volume
4. Challenge decisions whilst ensuring robust decision-making is made, reporting progress, risks, issues, and financials across departments, maintaining governance, and adhering to Woolworths' project management framework.
5. Work collaboratively with internal customers, the broader Primary Connect team, and other Woolworths Group business units.

What you’ll bring
12. 3+ years in a similar role leading Programs/Projects in a complex, Construction/Infrastructure, Project Management and agile methodologies in FMCG / Retail / Supply Chain environments
13. Demonstrated experience in overseeing large end-to-end projects involving various business areas
14. Strong stakeholder engagement experience (Internal and External)
15. Analytical skills to better understand risks and dependencies as well as finding opportunities for continuous improvement
16. Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
17. Strong strategic thinking, leadership and decision making skills
18. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams to achieve the agreed deliverables
