The Resident Mobility Assistant is a new role that will work closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Wellbeing Consultants to support the mobility and activity of our residents.You will assist residents to participate in exercise and physical activity, and achieve reablement goals. You will spend 1:1 time with residents helping them to access spaces within the facility, including outdoors.
