About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our operational initiatives, driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our work.
Your exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in coordinating resources, managing logistics, and overseeing administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the operational backbone, coordinating resources, schedules, and logistics to support our diverse range of projects and programs.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
* Develop and implement streamlined operational procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
* Monitor and analyse operational data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Provide administrative support, including managing documentation, budgets, and reporting requirements.
About the Murtupuni Centre for Rural and Remote Health
The Murtupuni Centre for Rural and Remote Health (MCRRH) is a federally funded nationally networked University Department of Rural Health with additional funded vertical programs and key performance indicators set by the Department of Health specifically focused on health workforce.
Located in Mount Isa with nodes in Cloncurry and Longreach, MCRRH serves the large geographic region of outback northern Queensland.
