Leading a diverse team within a designated workstream. Working with key stakeholders to ensure the digital health record and ancillary systems meets the needs of end users in accordance with established timeframes. Assisting in the developing an understanding of the operational needs in order to set the direction for the workstream. Maintaining the scope, schedule and quality of the workstream. Setting clear expectations for team members including defining what they should do and the timing of such activities. Managing risks and troubleshooting issues. Working closely with the divisional resources to coordinate activities. Advising and supporting team members by providing guidance on issues, key success factors and lessons learned. Supporting team members to maximise the benefits of the digital health record and ancillary systems. Providing consistent communication to the team. Developing a workstream plan and reporting on progress against the plan. Ensuring activities are appropriately documented including maintaining registers. Taking responsibility for the governance group overseeing the workstream and ensuring that the activities of the team are undertaken in accordance with governance frameworks. Participating in regular meetings to ensure the activities are complementary to the broader work of the division. Undertaking other duties appropriate to this level of classification that contribute to the Directorate. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check. This role requires you to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance, which will be sponsored by the ACT Health Directorate. In order to be eligible for an NV1 security clearance, you must be an Australian citizen. If you are not successful in obtaining a Security clearance, your employment in the role will not commence. If already commenced, your employment will be terminated. This role will have a requirement to be on call to support the 24 x 7 DHR and ancillary systems. Highly Desirable: It is desirable that this position obtain a vendor accreditation with Epic. Costs for the vendor accreditation including training and testing to achieve such accreditation will be supported by ACT Health.
