This role will reinvigorate Stamford Hotels and Resorts CREDO, offering guidance to embody front of house service excellence. This multifaceted role requires expert recruitment, talent management and retention strategies to drive workplace pride and commitment. Therefore, we seek a professional who can show patience, remain level-headed at the same time motivate and uplift the workplace experience for our people.Core requirements of your roleEnsure accuracy and completeness of workforce information in the human resource information data systems | SharePointUpdate to maintain employee profiles to track compliance recordsMonitor absentee records and highlight areas of concern to the HR DirectorOversee and drive direct recruitment as required whilst partnering with hiring managersLiaise with Payroll to track staff movement and changes of terms and conditions of employmentCoach and assist mid-level management in performance management processes and practicesInterpret award entitlements terms and conditions in changing workplace relations environmentWith guidance from HR Director, manage the onboarding programme of new hiresAssist with Training Needs Analyses, development of Training Plans and maintain staff training recordsDevelop and roll out internal training on company policies/procedures and legal complianceDrive the Hotels internal staff recognition programmesAssist roll out of Culture Survey’s, collate and present results to HR DirectorCollaboratively develop annual inspirational people strategies and initiatives that make a significant impact on our peopleEnsure employee relations matters have a result driven outcome and are mediated efficiently and effectively according to policy and relevant industrial frameworkAbout youThe successful candidate will be an experienced Human Resource, People Engagement professional within an operationally driven industry.
