We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.About the role:Reporting directly to the National Product Development Manager, you will be directly supporting production of CAMEC’s locally manufactured product offering. You will define and validate the detailed manufacturing processes, develop engineering control documentation, maintain material master data integrity, implement new change requests and drive continuous improvement actions.This is a newly created role which requires the incumbent to play a pivotal role in achieving maximum efficiencies as we scale up our local manufacturing capabilities.The key responsibilities of the role are to:Develop and build detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and establish the manufacturing Method Time.Manage and maintain material master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency within ERP system.Prepare and manage engineering control documentation such as change requests, engineering drawings, work instructions, installation and maintenance manuals.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, regulatory and environmental requirements and adhere to all WHSEQ responsibilities.Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure product specifications and quality standards are duly met.Provide training and technical support to production team.Conduct root cause analysis and liaise with production team to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.Analyse and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Validate and review comprehensive manufacturing processes for current and new product offering.Collaborate with cross functional teams to scale up current and/or new products and processes during the product lifecycle.About You:We are looking for a leader who will be able to understand the needs of our varied customers and stakeholders and produce results according to their requirements.
