As the team leader for the ANZ Regional Marketing team, the primary responsibility for this role is driving pipeline and enabling sales to achieve new business growth targets in target segments in Australia and New Zealand. You will work across the organization to develop an effective go-to-market strategy and execute integrated campaigns using Marketing Automation and Demand Generation tools to increase pipeline. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to position Bentley as the preferred Infrastructure Software company in the region. This position reports to the Director, APAC Field Marketing. Key responsibilities include: Lead and manage the ANZ marketing team. Recommend, plan, and execute local marketing content and programs with a focus on generating pipeline, as well as improving brand recognition of the Bentley brand and specific products where relevant. Develop and manage the ANZ Field marketing budget. Execute on the Go-To-Market plans to support market opportunities and sales priorities, including planning and management processes, event support, and digital campaign execution. Amplify the Bentley brand through awareness and thought leadership initiatives. Oversee the development of localized content and workflow processes to publish localized website and marketing content to support sales and regional programs; participate in overall sales strategy to support growth regions. Maintain an up-to-date Regional Programs schedule for the Go-to-Market strategy. This plan will involve the full use of the marketing mix including online and print advertising, physical and virtual events (third party, Bentley seminars and executive briefings), PR, and social media. Create, schedule, and execute social media content and repurpose corporate social media content on local channels. Support PR activity for the region and where agreed, work with the local PR agency in conjunction with Media Services to achieve agreed PR targets including building regional understanding of the important media (magazines/websites/blogs, etc.). Work with the relevant marketing and sales teams to develop regional local user stories, Be Inspired submissions, news items, and press releases that are aligned to Go to Marketing plans and corporate marketing messaging. Support Corporate initiatives like Year in Infrastructure Conference and Going Digital Award Program. Use reporting tools to communicate on performance and outcome of marketing programs in a timely manner to Sales and Marketing stakeholders against agreed targets and performance metrics. Coordinate/manage Bentley Executive visits with local sales leadership and Corporate. Engage with Marketing Engagement Services for data acquisition, cleanup, and requirements for the local region including interfacing with sales management to qualify requests and ensure we have a plan to leverage new names. Work with key partners like Microsoft and other industry associations to leverage and multiply resources. Qualifications: 10+ years of Marketing Experience BA or BS degree (MBA in marketing or related business degree preferred) Strong English writing and communications skills required Proven track record managing a small team of marketers Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work at all levels of the organization Experience in working in a multi-matrix environment Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically Expertise with marketing automation tools is a plus.
