We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established property investment group for a Senior Team Coordinator based in their Brisbane Head Office.

You'll play a key role in keeping the engine running smoothly — from managing lease data and tenancy schedules, to supporting compliance, reporting, and communication across the board.Why This Role Will Appeal to You: Head Office location – no retail centre management, no weekend work Variety + structure – every day is different, but you'll always know what's expected Real impact – be the go-to person behind al team of property experts Reputable employer – known for its great culture, low staff turnover, and growth mindset Stability + career growth – join a business where long-term careers are made Great people – collaborative, respectful team culture that supports work-life balance What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the Asset Management team with day-to-day tenancy admin and compliance Preparing monthly tenant rental, outgoings, electricity and extended trading invoices Maintaining key registers (leases, insurance, guarantees, critical dates) Coordinating sales figures and reporting schedules with tenants and finance Assisting with arrears management and rental review tracking Supporting contractor compliance and WH&S documentation Managing property files, data entry, and ad hoc support for the team We're Looking For: Previous experience in property admin, leasing support, or a similar coordination role Strong eye for detail and accuracy with data Confident communicator – you'll liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Someone who enjoys following process and staying highly organised A positive team player who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving Experience using property management or finance systems (Adept a bonus, not essential) Apply NowTo learn more, contact Milli Hargreaves at 0439 778 823.
