Job Description About this opportunity The primary purpose of the role of the SAP Senior Business Analyst is to support smooth SAP operations to Business, develop and improve the business as per requirements and work as an integral part of IT department.
Located in our Moorabbin office.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Functional consulting, implementation of the best practices in SAP Business Process consultation, get involved in workshops, meetings with client to understand their business process, identify gaps, map it to SAP system and recommend improvement in the process and continuous monitoring of the system and provide value add propositions in supply chain areas to clients Configuration of SAP solutions, implementation, testing of solution, conduct User acceptance testing and finalize the migration plan from the old legacy system to SAP Testing of mapped processes in SAP, creation of test cases, Defect recording, analysis, resolution for errors and version management for different releases of the solutions Roll outs and New SAP implementation for various clients and follow best practices, ASAP methodology in SAP Working with various stake holders, steering committee, Project Management team, change managers and provide relevant documentation and artefacts from system and the solution designed.
Creation of functional Specifications and working with Development team to get the solutions developed on SAP or third-party system interfaces Training business users and providing training materials Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you'll have: Strong functional knowledge in the areas of FI/CO modules Strong Skills on configuration of SAP FI, CO, and integration with other modules.
Proficient in Documentation of functional Specifications, Training manuals and support related documentation.
Efficient in mapping the process as per SAP standards, GAP Analysis and provide work around solutions.
