5. Hybrid working model. ( Once a week – Tuesday preferred)
6. Must have experience in Pega in-depth application development in Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworks.

Job Description:
8. This position is responsible on the development and enhancement of process-driven applications using model-driven processes and low code/ no code visual tools like Pega technology and that scale across multiple channels like web, mobile and chat.
9. This is a key role which will automate business processes that are standardized, repetitive and rules-based using Pega Platform and to test and deploy Pega applications using Pega Deployment Manager for DevOps.
About the role
10. This is a Pega developer role, who builds Pega applications according to the requirements and specifications.
11. Participate in the design, architecture, and lead development of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) based solutions.
12. Suggests process improvements to maximize business value with Pega, advising on recommended solutions along with the Team Leader.
13. Requires strengths in stakeholder management, technical and development skills.
14. Design mobile-ready applications that have a responsive and adaptive user interface design by using Pega out-of-the-box user interface elements, design templates and default rules that either Cosmos or Theme UI-Kit provide.
15. Using Pega Platform provided tools build offline-enabled mobile apps for a seamless mobile user experience.
16. Experience publishing apps in either Google Play Store or Apples App Store.
Key skills, knowledge and experience includes:
17. 4+ years’ technical experience and knowledge in Pega applications development, including requirement analysis, design, development.
18. Business Process Management and Case Management implementations
19. Experience in end-to-end project life cycle using SDLC, Agile Scrum and Waterfall models.
20. Experience in developing solutions based on solid UXUI specifications.
21. Assisted with planning and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
22. Manage stakeholder’s expectations to deliver quality solutions.
23. Partnered with business users to align business goals with implementation results.
24. A quick learner with excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
25. Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results.
26. Collaborative and team oriented.
27. Overall knowledge of; IT solutions, cloud, integration, web solutions, database and cyber security.
Minimum level of educational qualifications required for the role.
28. Pega Senior System Architect certification.
29. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
