To succeed, you’ll need:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher qualification)A current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis trainingComprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)Proven leadership experience in early childhood, with the ability to inspire and manage teams, handle operations, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocationFamiliarity with Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations to maintain complianceExceptional communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the communityAbility to create and nurture positive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholdersIf you are ready to take on an exciting leadership role in a vibrant and growing service, we want to hear from you!
