You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
1. Proven ability to undertake a range of client service and administrative duties while balancing work priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
2. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a changing workplace.
3. Proven competence, efficiency and attention to detail in the use of computers and contemporary software packages, including keyboard skills, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
4. Proven ability to communicate and liaise effectively with internal and external clients, including the ability to respond effectively to enquiries either in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence.
5. A commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
6. Travel, Overtime and Work Location Requirements: BTS is committed to providing high quality, responsive service to health facilities throughout the state. Consequently staff may, following consultation, be required to transfer to another work location, perform occasional overtime, attend work at any BTS location within a local government area, and participate in nights-away travel. Note: There is little or no overnight travel for administration roles
