**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Leadership:** Collaborate with our State Manager to craft and execute a visionary retail strategy aimed at accelerating growth and expanding our market footprint. Motivate and guide your team to exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- **Sales Development:** Innovate and optimize sales cycles to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, conducting insightful training sessions to enhance client understanding and loyalty.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Utilize advanced CRM tools to monitor sales progress and market trends, providing strategic insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Budget Management:** Develop robust budget plans aligned with strategic goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainable revenue growth.
**Compensation Package:**
- Salary: Competitive base salary starting at $130,000 - $140,000 per annum.
- Superannuation:** Additional contribution.
- Bonus:Performance-based bonus.
- Car Allowance:** Includes fuel card and e-tag for business use.
**Work Environment:**
