The Role
We are seeking highly skilled Sommeliers, Wait Staff, and Hosts to join our teams on a full-time basis at various levels across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and progress in your career.
To succeed in one of these roles, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industry.
* Excellent customer engagement skills, including greeting guests, learning menu items, taking orders, and serving guests with confidence.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bistro, or hotel environment.
* Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
* Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables during service, and anticipating guest needs.
* Experience using point-of-sales machines and handling payment transactions.
