About the Position
This temporary full-time position is available to join our Justice team in the Education, Land Management & the Arts faculty at TAFE Queensland's Townsville Campus.
The role reports to the Business Manager.

Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements
1. Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
o Certificate III qualifications in general education, policing, or crime and justice studies or equivalent.
o Minimum 5 years work experience in a law enforcement role.
2. Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials:
o TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
o TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
o TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Skills and TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools.
o TAE50111 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
o TAE50116 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or its successor.
o TAE50211 - Diploma of Training Design and Development.
o TAE50216 - Diploma of Training Design and Development, or its successor.
o Higher level qualification in adult education approved by TAFE Queensland.
3. Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
4. Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided.
5. Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning, and assessment.
Highly Desirable Requirements
* A high level of digital literacy skills across various platforms (online Learning Management Systems).
