Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing the health needs of residents and clients, and formulating comprehensive care plans.
* Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
* Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
* Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
* Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents’ progress while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Understanding of ACFI, including charting, assessments, documentation, and funding submissions.
* Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
