You will be required to provide technical software development skills in the analysis of ICT system issues and the design, development, testing and deployment of appropriate solutions.

24. Knowledge and experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes is desirable.
25. Proven ability to meet service delivery targets and implement quantifiable service improvements by managing workloads, priorities and working unsupervised (NHS Drive for Results)
