Our Property Services team are now searching for a part-time Senior Asset Manager to work with us on a major client portfolio.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day property management services, communicating and reporting to stakeholders and reviewing frameworks to ensure our clients' assets are appropriately managed.
Your experience will enable you to provide strategic and operational management of a portfolio including:
Ongoing tenancy management including co-ordination of property inspections, repairs and maintenance, and maintaining property recordsAdministration and financial management, including forecasting, arrears, and reportingEnsuring optimal occupant satisfactionManage and control essential, planned, reactive and preventative maintenance programsProcurement, management, and coordination of subcontractorsProperty performance monitoring and reportingDevelopment and execution of sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategiesTo deliver the services required for this role we are seeking someone who:
Is passionate about what they do!Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar roleHas a Certificate IV or Diploma in PropertyCan ensure processes put in place are followed, and proactively looks to continually improve operating efficiency and effectivenessBrings experience working within tight operational deadlinesA track record in adding value to assets and sustainable initiativesIntermediate knowledge of Cirrus8In return we offer:
