About the Role:
This position is available for immediate start and comes with a salary of $65k per annum plus super.
The successful candidate will be working in a leading manufacturing company, providing exceptional service to various building contractors while managing customer orders and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to email, phone call, and walk-in enquiries effectively and efficiently.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and clients.
* Own and resolve customer orders, enquiries, and issues with a proactive approach.
* Ensure customer requirements are entered into the database and kept up to date.
* Confirm orders are production-ready and sites are prepared for installations or service.
* Complete daily administrative tasks, such as filing, printing, and maintaining records.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Support the area representative and estimator to meet customer priorities.
* Ensure all orders are operation-ready, including drawings and specifications.
* Gain a working knowledge of the product range and understand relevant building standards and codes.
About You:
* You have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* You are reliable, organized, and able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
* You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* You are a team player with excellent relationship-building abilities.
* You have previous experience in customer service, reception, or PA roles.
* Knowledge of relevant systems (e.g., V6 database) is advantageous.
* You hold a car and driver's license as the site is not accessible via public transport.
