This role is part of delivering the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.
The Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day development and deployment of initiatives to deliver high-quality and consistent service operations across support organizations.
Driving Best Practice improvements in Service Management, delivering regional and cross-vertical cost efficiencies.
Managing, reporting, and communicating to senior leadership on the global performance of responsible ITSM processes across OE and its delivery vendor.
Identifying and leading out automation opportunities internally for responsible ITSM capabilities.
Your Qualifications
* Proven ICT industry experience
* ITIL v4 Expert certification
* Ability to apply business management, financial concepts, and contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations
* Demonstrated understanding of current and future trends in the Service Management market
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance
