The Pile Driving Operator Role will require the ability to operate a range of Piling Machines within our fleet. Primary responsibility will be to drive Pile Sections to required specifications while striving to achieve a production target safely every day.
You will also be required to manage a Piling ‘Off-sider’ who will be working with you as a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning daily crew activities for individual tasks and personnel performance management.
* Co-ordination within Team, to undertake work in an efficient manner to ensure that the construction program is maintained.
* Minimising QA / Rectification work required to be undertaken on completed Piles through attention to detail and quality workmanship.
* Maintaining all Piling machines, and other Plant and Equipment to a high standard including daily pre-starts, checks, and minor operational maintenance.
* Working both individually and with the management team to problem solve constraints.
* Always ensure safe work practices / follow all HSE recommendations.
* Previous Experience in Pile Driving, preferably within the Renewable Energy Industry.
* A Will Do Attitude.
* Ability to Lead a high-performance team with aggressive project timelines and goals.
* Strong Work Ethic and time management skills.
* Strong People and Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with clarity to the Team.
* Drivers License Required.
* High Attention to Detail / Understanding of Project Requirements.
Qualifications / Working Standards
* Construction Safety White Card / Correct Rights to work in Australia required.
* Requirement to be Physically fit and able to work in a field-based environment.
* Pay Package of $50 per Hr plus Accommodation / Transport - 60+ Hours per Week.
