What Your Day Will Look Like....
As an Operational Services Officer - Gardener, your day will be a blend of hands-on gardening and teamwork. You'll begin by ensuring your tools and equipment are ready for the day. Then, you'll dive into tasks like mowing lawns, watering plants, and enriching the soil. You'll take pride in keeping our gardens lush and vibrant, tackling weeds, and applying the right insecticides and fertilizers. Planting and nurturing trees, shrubs, and flowers will be a highlight, along with maintaining equipment like mowers and brush cutters. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with your team, ensuring all activities follow Workplace Health and Safety guidelines, and contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment. Your green thumb and dedication will help create a serene and inviting atmosphere for everyone at Baillie Henderson Hospital.
