Operational Services Officer - MaintenanceQueensland Health - Birtinya, QLDJOB DESCRIPTIONAn exciting opportunity exists for an Operational Services Officer Maintenance, who is responsible for supporting the Strategic and overall operational management of Building Engineering and Maintenance Services to achieve a quality service that meets the needs of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.The SCHHS is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Perform duties as part of a multi-skilled pool of labour and participate in training to enhance skill levels to support the team.Assist Maintenance Coordinators and in-house Trade staff with housekeeping and maintenance activities within SCHHS.Undertake basic gardening, landscaping, cleaning and making tidy all facility gardens, grounds, paths, car parks.Ensure safe working practices are always applied and protective clothing and equipment are utilised as recommended.Salary between $67,462- $70,712 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OO3).
