This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, with occasional hours of work over weekends.

Your journey with BAM begins... By supporting the State Operations Manager in this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and their precious cargo arrives on time, every time.
Your key focus will be allocating and dispatching orders, supporting the frontline transport team, and ensuring customers receive their goods as promised.
You'll drive value through: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Managing 3rd party transport suppliers to ensure adequate vehicle coverage for delivery requirements.
Managing transport costs in line with department KPI's.
Allocating and dispatching deliveries to meet deadlines while adhering to KPIs.
Organising and compiling essential paperwork for drivers.
Managing customer service staff to ensure best in class service is maintained.
Providing crucial support to various operational functions.
Managing communication with clients regarding delivery and pickup issues.
Obtaining quotes from transport suppliers and booking deliveries.
Handling product returns and organising redeliveries.
You'll make the right impact with: Proven experience in a similar position within the 3 PL logistics industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on superior customer service.
Great ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with freight management systems.
Knowledge of third-party logistics (3 PL) operations is highly desirable.
