About the Role:
The Team Leader Landscape Operations is responsible for the dayto day management and performance of a team of Landscape Officersto achieve the objectives of the Limestone Coast Landscape Board'sRegional Landscape Plan, the Limestone Coast Pest Plant and AnimalStrategy and the Landscape South Australia Act 2019. TheTeam Leader Landscape Operations will work closely with the TeamLeader Habitat Conservation and Team Leader Sustainable PrimaryProduction to achieve these objectives.
The role is responsible for providing high quality and timelyadvice and support to the Manager Landscape Operations in thedevelopment, implementation, delivery and reporting on pest animaland plant control programs and natural resource management projectsin the Limestone Coast Landscape Board region.

Contract:
This is a full time, ongoing position.
Special Conditions:
5. Position is based in Mount Gambier
6. A current minimum class C driver’s licence and willingness and ability to safely operate a 4WD is required
7. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory criminal history check
8. Will have the opportunity to participate in fire management or associated duties
9. Some out of hours work and intrastate travel involving overnight absences from home may be required
10. Required to work alone in a field environment, including working in adverse weather conditions from time to time
11. Required to undertake identified training to be appointed as an Authorised Officer under the Landscape South Australia Act 2019
12. Must be willing to undertake and satisfactorily complete within 3 months of commencing in the role a Level 1 accreditation to handle, store and distribute 1080 bait, and, complete the required training to hold a Pest Technician’s Licence
13. Required to participate in the LC Landscape Board’s Performance Development and Review Program
Remuneration:
OPS5 $80,877 - $86,461 max p.a.
