Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Agent / s, located in our Waterloo, Strathfield South or Epping office. You will play a key role in our Residential Sales division, helping to drive growth and success. We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Agent / s who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as : communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, facilitating property sales, and managing transactions.
The position is highly flexible and mobile, meaning candidates are not required to be in the office full-time. Sales agents are typically rostered at the display suite only once or twice a week. Beyond that, agents manage their own schedules and have the option to work from our offices if they wish to.
Responsibilities & Tasks
* Following up on sales leads to identify potential buyers.
* Arranging as well as conducting private inspections and open inspections in our display suites or in the developments.
* Providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for properties.
* Working closely with potential buyers and sellers to achieve and exceed both individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a real estate sales or any sale roles. Relevant real estate sales qualifications.
* Strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Self-motivated and determined mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
