As an Advisory Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both presales and ServiceNow (from a development or process perspective)
1. Demonstrate and grow the three core “Presales 3.0” attributes: Expertise, Curiosity, and Showmanship.
2. Identify, document, present, and discuss potential ServiceNow solutions to client business needs, as well as technology limitations and issues that may arise.
3. Maintain a level of ServiceNow expertise that allows confident, experienced-based recommendations and scoping questions
4. Lead the response to Request for Information/Proposal (“RFP”) documents
5. Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and scoping
6. Investigate and share competitive landscape intelligence and differentiators between Thirdera and competitors
7. Craft concise and compelling proposals and statements of work (“SOW”)
8. Provide enablement to the sales team about ServiceNow enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
9. Responsible and accountable for investigating and understanding client challenges such as business drivers, evolving business needs, security, customer satisfaction, employee turnover, manual and/or ad hoc process
10. Responsible for identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated process, procedures and methods
11. Serve as a confident ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings / marketing events
12. Analyses clients needs in a efficient and timely manner, produces requirements documentation and system plans.
13. Confidently diagnose errors in ServiceNow implementation to ensure programs and applications will perform to the services quality standards.
14. Identify and communicate client ROI and value in proposal presentations
15. Provide advice through developing proposals for ServiceNow implementation including being able to recommend software upgrades and/ or purchases.
16. Confidently locate and address any potential risks that could affect the delivery of our ServiceNow product throughout its technological implementation.
17. Fully participate in presales team collaboration, innovation, coaching, and enablement activities; commit to constant refinement and growth of the presales craft in both yourself and others.

18. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
19. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
20. ITIL Foundations Certified
21. 4+ years working with ServiceNow
22. Experience with facilitation and business case development
23. Skilled in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
24. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
25. Proven ServiceNow development or process leadership experience
26. Exceptional planning and organizational skills
27. Advanced knowledge of encryption and decryption
28. Ability to solve complex business issues
29. Effective at building and maintaining customer relationships
Nice-to-have
30. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any)
31. ITIL Expert Certified
