A high level of interpersonal skills will be required to foster positive relationships and establish and maintain networks with colleagues, parents and external providers.Suitable applicants should display a strong knowledge of Western Australian Curriculum, particularly in Mathematics and English, displaying highly effective content pedagogical knowledge and practice to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes for students. They will use a variety of appropriate and differentiated assessment tools to inform student progress, provide constructive feedback and drive further learning. Prior experience in developing individualised documented plans using Special Educational Needs (SEN) planning will be highly regarded.Suitable applicants should demonstrate the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff and the school community.
