Position Summary:An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Quality Nurse Manager position in our busy Nedlands cosmetic surgery clinic. We require a motivated and flexible experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic team. This role involves assisting in our busy operating theatre as well as administrative duties to ensure licensing and accreditation requirements are adhered to and carried out to an exceptional standard. Duties include, but are not limited to, actively participating in all licensing and accreditation processes, and ensuring all quality, compliance, and operational risk activities are actioned promptly.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality management and improvement programs in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to develop and implement best practices and evidence-based guidelines.Ensure compliance with NSQHS and accreditation standards.Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement processes and practices.Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.Provide pre and post op care to surgical patients.Assist with surgical procedures.Qualifications:Registration with the Australian Nursing Board (AHPRA).Post graduate hospital experience (essential).Experience with NSQHS & LARU licensing standards (essential).Experience with accreditation (desired).What We Offer:Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and dynamic work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.Please apply via Seek including your resume and cover letter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
