Role Description
As a member of the Community of Experts, you will belong to a collaborative and inclusive team providing solutions to a broad customer base.

Responsibilities
* Handling inbound interactions across sales, service, and technical support, while also engaging in campaigns
* Effectively engaging with customers via digital platforms and voice calls
* Handling complaints and providing appropriate timely resolutions
* Communicating, promoting and selling Optus products and services to new and existing customers
* Finding opportunities to recommend workable solutions that meet the needs of the business, partners and customers, to ensure maximum brand loyalty

Requirements
* Demonstrated prior success in a service or sales role; preferably a contact centre role
* You possess strong verbal and written communication skills
* A consistent track record to exercise initiative and problem solving
* You thrive in a target driven environment with an ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
* You are a problem solver, negotiator and standout colleague who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and you are adaptable to change
* You can understand, connect and respond to the needs of a culturally diverse population
