The Role
We are currently seeking an numerous Food & Beverage Attendants to work in our outlets from In-Room Dining, Pacific Club Lounge, UMA restaurant, Hill Street Bar and Monty’s outlets. We are looking for fun, friendly, positive individuals who are passionate about delivering exemplary service.
Talent Profile
About You:
* Enthusiastic about customer service and tourism.
* Able to work shifts across all days (morning, evening, and overnight).
* A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and guests.
* Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
* Exceptional customer service and rapport building skills and the ability to liaise with guests.
* Previous Hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
* Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably INFRASYS).
* Possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
