The Safety & Return to Work Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of business activities within the team and management. This role is responsible for liaising with workers and their medical teams, coordinating treatment, and supporting their return to work. Additionally, the role involves conducting incident investigations, managing corrective actions. This role will also provide ongoing administrative support to our recruitment team.
Accountabilities:
* Coordinate return to work function.
* Liaise with multiple internal parties, including WorkCover and clients
* Maintain case notes, records and statistics
* Conduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions.
* Conduct workplace assessments
* Actively participate in the quality safety program for continual improvement
* Provide information, coordinate and minute safety meetings
* Attend client safety meetings and produce meeting minutes
* Provide recruitment administration support by maintaining and updating databases
* Support in relationship management with clients, on-hire employees and candidates, pre- and post-placement, achieving positive outcomes and meeting their long-term needs.
