Beyond 60-minute training sessions, the role includes:Developing 4-6 week individualised programs via our online coaching platformChecking clients' compliance with daily habits, tasks, and reviewing monthly progress reportsCompleting specific weekly tasks and checklists that align with your strengths, with clear instructions and KPIsAttending weekly coaching and professional development sessionsEngaging in member and staff social events, including our annual end-of-year members' party—a light-hearted lunch in a park near the gym!This role is a career opportunity, not just a job.
