The Administration Manager is overall responsible for administrative support to the Centre Management Team and Lease Administration for the Centre.A snapshot of the role:Responsible for maintaining all Lease Registers/Tenancy Schedules for the Centre.Responsible for the overall co-ordination of the entire Lease Administration process. Liaising with the relevant personnel involved in the process (Leasing Executive, Centre Manager, Administration Assistant through to Data Administration).Responsible for the overall co-ordination and processing of all Lease Assignments.Ensure all Lease Setup/Modification requests are entered in CALA in a timely manner.Minimise and control aged and current debt by adhering to JLL and the Client’s collection procedure and developing good communication flow with all retailers.Demonstrate energy, effort and enthusiasm for tasks, encouraging the Administration Assistant, and others, to do the same.Work collaboratively with the Finance Manager to ensure the Centre meets all requirements set down under relevant legislation for Trust Accounting receipting of funds.First point of contact for all Retailer and Supplier administration queries.Sound like you?
