HR ADVISOR
The Bloomfield Group is seeking to appoint a proactive HR Advisor to partner with leaders and provide tailored HR support across the Group. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment, enhance employee development, and support key HR initiatives. You will be contributing to improving systems and fostering a workplace culture that promotes inclusivity, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with team goals
* Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
* Offer guidance to leaders on performance management and employee development
* Provide interpretation of awards, enterprise agreements, and the industrial landscape
* Support investigations, HR system improvements, and change management efforts
About You
We are seeking a service-driven professional ideally with 5+ years of generalist HR experience coupled with tertiary qualifications (degree preferred) in Human Resources or a related field. This role will specialize in end-to-end recruitment activities which requires someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our key stakeholders. Previous industry experience working within mining or engineering would be highly advantageous.

Please note this is a site-based role working Monday to Friday. The role will be based at Ashtonfield; however, it will regularly require travel to all sites as necessary with a vehicle option included within the package.
