We're seeking applications for experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team for an upcoming bridge upgrade project in Bunbury, regional WA. This project, running for approximately 12 months, will involve the construction of a new bridge over a major waterway, improving connectivity and ensuring long-term infrastructure resilience. The scope of work includes bridge foundation construction, structural improvements, and road realignments to enhance access and safety. With you, we are altogether stronger, in building the future we want. About the role: Develop and implement WHS measures, including Safe Work Method Statements and coaching for compliance. Participate in future planning for equipment, plant, and labour requirements. Plan and monitor works to ensure adherence to WHS, Environmental, and Quality procedures. Collaborate with Engineers on construction programs and resource allocation. Manage workforce, plant, and subcontractors and provide regular reports to the Project Manager/Superintendent. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Experience in demolishing, structures, roadworks, drainage, significant infrastructure, earthworks, drill & blast background. Skills in managing Work Health and Safety, Environmental legislative and procedural requirements. Working knowledge of Quality, IR, HR and other relevant legislation and standards. Understanding of client specifications and ability to monitor ITP’s for all trades. Ability to manage assigned budgets and provide assistance with engineering forecasts.
