The Opportunity
This 6-month fixed term role involves being the guardian of procurement & purchasing processes and vendor management including prequalification.
* Creating compliant purchase orders based on accurate information and adherence to the procurement policy
* Managing vendor data throughout the onboarding and pre-qualification process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk management requirements, and audit standards
* Generating reports to support the Procurement function, including vendor cleansing, procurement dashboards, and spend analysis
About You
This role demands a detailed understanding of SAP, particularly the Materials Management module within the P2P process, and its impact on other business areas.
You will also need proficiency in MS Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite, sound judgment, the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results, and possess strong problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.
A positive and flexible attitude, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is crucial for collaborating with various stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
