We need an experienced self-starter who is willing to help us from day 1 to achieve our sales performance goals! This critically important role will be one of the first faces of our company, calling, emailing, and holding meaningful conversations with prospects and customers. You will source sales accounts directly, as well as work developed leads from our inbound call center and SDR sales channels.*Only candidates in New England will be considered. Those residing in or around Boston will be given higher consideration. What you'll do:Identifying and prospecting for new customers, reaching out to potential leads (by email, heavy outbound calling, and dropping in for in-person visits and demonstrations)Setting-up quality sales meetings and appointments. Nurture relationships and close deals.Regularly travel throughout your territory (estimated to be approximately 15-20% of the United States).Coming up with creative customized outreach ideas to reach new customers.Channel your resilience, positivity, curiosity, and passion for our mission to remain focused and determined with outreach and follow-up activities.Build relationships with a wide variety of people, across multiple sectors and mediums. We sell to many diverse markets such as: law enforcement, Fire/EMS, large enterprise businesses, and small-medium sized businesses and organizations.Who you are:5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or 2+ years selling AEDs in the field.Deep experience performing in-person sales presentations and demonstrating products (SaaS and physical products).Experience owning a territory, identifying decision-makers, and driving demand. You’ve developed new leads by walking into businesses to form relationships, set appointments, and demo products on the fly.Someone willing to dive into a new project, fail fast, figure out what works, and scale efforts.Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability. Positive and patient.Curious, adaptable, and coachable, not afraid to learn about new tools, systems, and best practices that might incorporate to help our team constantly improve.Flexible and patient.
