Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to support the delivery of a new customer portal for near coastal seafarers. This role is part of an agile delivery team and connected to a mature in-house UX team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead user experience design for digital products and services, particularly in B2C web applications.
* Design and deliver information architectures, wireframes, user interfaces, visual designs, and design asset libraries.
* Conduct user research and testing using visual tools, analytics, and evidence to map user journeys and drive improvement.
* Work in multidisciplinary teams and build effective stakeholder relationships in a rapid change environment.
* Articulate your vision and design recommendations, collaborate with influence, and advocate for a user-centered design approach.
* Apply the Digital Service Standard, Agile methodology, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in human-centered design, behavioral psychology, product/project management, or information technology.
