Your Role & Responsibilities Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to craft and execute an innovative procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.Supplier Excellence: Build and maintain a robust supplier management framework encompassing pre-qualification, onboarding, and performance assessment, while fostering strong partnerships and negotiating competitive terms.Risk Mitigation & Cost Efficiency: Implement sourcing strategies that optimise costs, enhance profitability, and proactively identify and manage sourcing risks.Transparency & Reporting: Maintain accurate, compliant procurement documentation and contribute to clear, comprehensive reporting. Your Key Strengths Demonstrated experience in designing and managing efficient end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes.Strong communication and leadership capabilities with proven ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic, proactive problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.Industry experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or related fields is a plus.
