They are known for their strong commitment to ethical investing and social responsibility, with a focus on sustainable and responsible investments, and also provides insurance and financial planning services to its members.About the roleReporting to the Client Service Manager, this is an exciting part time opportunity 25 hours p/w (ideally 5 hours per day but flexible on discussion) that looks to provide superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients and current members whilst supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements.Process daily administration and data entry tasks Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely processing of transaction and requests Respond to client enquiries in person, telephone and thorough written correspondence Deliver Member First experience through effective handling of members, clients and visitors.
